We put care into every soap we create. If something isn’t right with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soaps cannot be returned.

2. Time Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process a return.

3. Proof Required

To process your request smoothly, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging damage (if any)
  • Order details

This helps us verify the issue and assist you faster.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received back:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

You may also choose product replacement instead of a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened soaps
  • Used soaps
  • Products missing original packaging

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the package has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered only in cases where the mistake is on our side:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged product received

If the customer changes their mind, return shipping is not covered.
